This was bought as a gift and stopped working after a few days. Lots was done to try and get it working again including taking it apart and re-sawdering the connections. As far as I am aware it does not work, even with an Wii controller inserted.
In its current condition it seems like more of a display piece.

It is also compatible with PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 games but the required dongle is not included - it will work with a Wii since the controller is inserted into the controller. This controller appears to be the same build as the Gene Simmons KISS guitar, but with no branding.
