Made in the Late 70s Early 80s by a former 2nd grade teacher and avid art hobbyist. I'm not sure if it was for her Classroom or Craftroom.

superb Used Condition. Absolutely no stains or discoloration. The only flaw I found was one of the pockets needing a few stitches (see last pic)
