It is smooth for all grip types and includes special features with each grip type in mind. They are sanded smooth and labeled with the size on the ends.

There’s a finger rest, flat spots to prevent the hook rolling away when sat down. These properly fill the natural negative space in your hand to keep your metacarpal tendons at their supreme while you work.
