It's a radio-controlled, solar-powered model.
It receives radio waves for automatic time correction and charges via sunlight, etc.
There's a small scratch at the 6 o'clock position, but the glass is scratch-no-cost and it's in incredibly good condition with little wear.
The band has been replaced with a merely-arrived one.
A film is applied to the glass surface.
