The fruit is elliptical, resembling a snow pear or gourd, with mostly yellow-green skin that emits a firm fragrance.
The skin is thin and hassle-no-cost to peel, and the fruit has abundant flesh with few seeds. The flesh is white, with large, long segments that are kidney-shaped, numbering between 11 and 15 segments. The segments contain sweet, crystalline particles that are pale yellow and as clear as jade. The juice is crisp and tender, sweet with a slight acidity, and it is known for its refreshing and cooling properties, making it the finest among pomelos.
