Purchased around 1997 at an MLB-related discover in Tokyo.
Since then, it has not been worn, and the size no longer fits, so I am selling it.

It is almost unused, having only been tried on. There are no stains, damage, discoloration, or odors, and it is in good condition. However, it has been stored in a home closet for a long time, so I believe it falls under the used category.
