Condition is incredibly gently used once or twice, appearing nearly brand fresh with some light scuffs, no real wear.

Designed to attach securely to lash points under the saddle and to the seat post with well sewn nylon velcro straps. There are 3 zippers and 2 compartments. The top compartment has a small, velvety neoprene inner-pocket section for valuables. The bottom compartment is opened with the middle zipper, with the lower zipper expanding the compartment for extra space, if you need it.

Includes a spare Specialized brand tire innertube that fits neatly inside the compartment along with 2 yellow "Pedro's" tire changing thingys. Inner-tube is marked: 700x28/38C 1135970309 - THIN 27x1-1/8x1-1/4
