This sale is for an authentic Madden NFL 99 for Nintendo 64. Game was tested and works. Cartridge is in really good condition. Comes with manual, precautions booklet, and original box. Has missing cardboard tray and I believe a couple missing inserts to make it 100% complete. The box is in acceptable condition. Does have scuffs, scratches, bends, creases, rips, tears, heavy crushed spots. The manual and paper inserts has some yellowing spots.
