ELOHIM
Creator God

SCRIPTURE
” In the beginning, Elohim created the heavens and the earth.”
( Genesis 1:1)
MEANING & CONTEXT
Elohim is the very first name for God in Scripture, appearing in the
opening verse of the Bible. This plural form of “El” (God)
emphasizes His majesty, power, and creative authority. When you
pray to Elohim, you’re addressing the One who spoke everything
i nto existence—including you.
REFLECTION
The God who created galaxies and oceans also created you with
i ntentionality and love. Nothing about you is accidental or random.
When life feels chaotic or purposeless, remember: the same
creative power that formed the world is at work in your life,
continually making all things new.
PRAYER
Today, thank Elohim for being your Creator. Ask Him to help you
see yourself through His eyes—as someone fearfully and
wonderfully made. Invite Him to continue His creative work in your
heart, shaping you into who He designed you to be.

    Psalm 91:9-14

“If you say, ‘The Lord is my refuge,’ and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. ‘Because he loves me,’ says the Lord, ‘I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.'”

This passage offers a powerful promise of protection and healing. When you trust in God, He will guard you and keep you safe from harm.

    Matthew 10:1

“Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.”

Jesus gave His disciples the authority to heal, and this authority extends to us today. When you pray for healing, you are empowered by Jesus’ authority. Pray with confidence, knowing that you can ask for healing in His name.

By incorporating these scriptures to pray for healing into your daily prayers, you can find strength, comfort, and hope. Trust in God’s healing power and let these verses guide you through your journey to wellness.
